球场由香港新世界集团投资倾力打造，设计与施工皆由作品曾多次荣登世界百佳球场排行榜的美国顶级高尔夫球场设计师尼克劳斯全程监督。球场内的每一棵树都是出自世界一流的园林设计师柯林斯的手笔，巧妙地将自然景观和竞技难度相结合，在视觉美的同时又增添了与众不同的考验。澳大利亚的灌溉专家贝丁菲尔德采用美国最先进的TORO灌溉设备，给予球场上的每一平方米草坪精心的呵护。尼克劳斯、柯林斯、贝丁菲尔德三位大师的倾心加盟，如此的投入实乃国内罕见。
